Essence Consulting was founded by Mosidi Mokgele who has been in the communications, marketing and corporate affairs fields for over 20 years. In the last ten years, I was the Regional Head for Marketing and Communications at Barclays Africa and subsequently, Absa as well as the Head of Communications for Liberty Holdings and worked at eNCA.
